Who should play Dredd when they make a new film?

Bruce Campbell, Ron Perlman, Thomas Jane? Who else has the chin for it?

Perlman would be the best choice, I think. As much as I love Bruce Campbell, he's not the guy for it - zany doesn't work for someone playing the part of Dredd...

Ron Perlman is a good choice, think he would be great. Do you think they'll leave the helmet on this time round though?

I hope they keep the helmet on. If they do Perlman is the choice for that as he's had his face covered many times. Mind you motion capture is getting bigger which means more and more actors are being hidden by effects (Avatar is the big example of this) so that may not be such a big deal any more.

Other people who could play him - Billy Zane, Gerard Butler, Kevin McKidd, Ray Stevenson, Clint Eastwood, Jeff Bridges would be a different take on him, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren

What bad guy should be in it? If Judge Death who, apart from Doug Jones, could play him?

I'd go with Perlman. Eastwood would be amazing, but would never happen. From a studio POV, I can see them leaning toward The Stath. In so much as the helmet on or off goes - I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that DNA had said it would definitely be all helmet, all the time...
